Прибор пришел в мятой упаковке, продавцу советую дополнительно упаковывать воздушно-пузырчатой плёнкой. Сам прибор неоправдал себя, не получила ожидаемых результатов. Ничего не высасывает. Пробовала по-разному: распаривала, увлажняла вторым прибором, просто умывалась водой, сразу на грязную кожу. НИЧЕГО!!! На счет второго прибора, увлажнителя (не знаю как назвать правильно), ну такое... В жаркую погоду может и пригодится, такой себе, приятный для кожи лица холодный пар. В общем, как по мне, не тратьте на это деньги, не стоит он того.
